Terms of Service

Welcome to Krenexis. By accessing our website or engaging our services for web architecture, custom development, or social media marketing, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Work & Revisions

Every project at Krenexis begins with a clearly defined technical scope. We are committed to delivering the exact features outlined in our initial agreement.

  • Revisions: Standard web development packages include a set number of revision rounds during the staging phase. Changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges.
  • Scope Creep: Any feature requests, API integrations, or design changes not explicitly mentioned in the original project scope will be evaluated and quoted as a separate phase or add-on.

2. Payment Terms & Retainers

To maintain high-quality engineering and dedicated support, our payment terms are structured as follows:

  • Custom Web Development: Projects typically require an initial deposit before engineering begins, with the remaining balance tied to specific, agreed-upon milestones or final deployment.
  • Social Media Retainers: SMM and Paid Ad management services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices must be cleared before the start of the new billing cycle to avoid campaign pauses.
  • Non-Payment: Krenexis reserves the right to suspend development, withhold asset transfer, or pause ad campaigns if payments are delayed beyond the agreed grace period.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We believe in 100% transparency regarding digital ownership.

Upon final payment and project handover, the client assumes full ownership of the final website, custom graphics, and delivered source code. Krenexis retains the right to use the completed project as part of our digital portfolio and case studies unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project kickoff.

4. Client Responsibilities

Timely project delivery requires collaboration. The client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, API credentials, server access, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing required materials may directly impact the final deployment date.

5. Warranties & Liability

Krenexis engineers websites adhering to strict performance and security standards (WordPress Coding Standards, Core Web Vitals). However, we do not warrant that our services will be completely uninterrupted or error-free forever, especially when relying on third-party APIs or external hosting environments.

Krenexis shall not be held liable for any indirect data loss, server downtimes beyond our control, or drops in search engine rankings due to algorithmic updates by Google or Meta.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing monthly retainer with a 30-day written notice. For fixed-scope web projects, if a client chooses to terminate the project mid-development, Krenexis will retain the initial deposit to cover engineering hours already spent, and source code up to that point will be handed over.
